BBMI – (Review) Body Meditation with Dr. Winston McCullough

This morning, please review Dr. Winston McCullough’s first BBMI video, as he began leading us in guided meditation sessions intended for daily practice. Every week he will introduce or review a different type of meditation, each with the same four-part structure: Body, Breath, Mind, and Intention (BBMI).
