
This morning Dr. Winston McCullough, professor of Psychology and Contemplative Studies at OSU and Gratitude Jazz Band musician, leads us in the first of four guided meditation sessions intended for daily practice. Every week he will introduce a different type of meditation, each with the same four-part structure: Body, Breath, Mind, and Intention (BBMI).
