Katherine Eastlake, Licensed Professional Counselor,  RPT

My clients are typically children ages 4-17, parents seeking support in parenting, and whole families. I specialize in working with children under age 10, using Synergetic Play Therapy, the only model of play therapy targeted to help re-wire the lowest regions of the brain and support children in finding new ways to respond to stress.

My approach to working with any individual or family is heavily influenced by Interpersonal Neurobiology, or the understanding of how our brains and nervous systems resonate together to create rhythms of stress response and attachment.
