The National Weather Service forecasts freezing rain until 4am and then mixed precipitation until 10am turning to rain after 10am. It is unlikely to be safe to travel to church tomorrow.

Many of our worship leaders and musicians may not be able to make it in from their locations and any worship would be limited.

Therefore, we will not open for worship on Sunday Jan. 8th.  Additionally, we will reschedule the Adult Ed class scheduled for 4pm. While the roads may be navigable by then it is better to plan for a date when none will be impeded from making it.

Worship is a state of the heart so I encourage you to do things that are worshipful in your home.  Listen to that favorite CD of hymns or sacred music, pray, journal, have good conversations with those around you or those you can call. Most importantly, be safe!
