Light has come! We celebrate that, even in the midst of our darkest darkness, God is with us. Christ is the light that darkness cannot overcome. I hope you will celebrate this with us at one of our Christmas Eve services as listed in the box below this one.
If you cannot join us in person, we will be attempting to stream, now in High Definition, throughinternet streaming.

Year-End Giving
We have a new way of giving online with your debit or credit card. You will need to download an app on your device called Give+ for iPhone or Give Plus for Android phones.
Gifts in the offering plate or brought to the church on or before December 31, or mailed and postmarked on or before December 31, and gifts given online on or before December 31 (on a debit or credit card) will all be included for your 2017 statement in January, and usable for your 2017 tax return. Anything brought in after New Year’s Eve will be on your 2018 statement. Please note the church office will not be open December 25, 26 and 29.
To give, you first need to identify the organization you wish to give to. The quickest way is to search by zip code (97333) and then choose First Presbyterian Church. You set up your card and enter the amount. You have the opportunity to pay the 2% fee charged to the church for the transaction. You choose whether you want your gift to be one time, or repeating every week, month, etc. Once you have completed the transaction, the app will save the details, making it much quicker the next time you wish to contribute. You can look up your history, change accounts, adjust your recurring payments, etc. It seems to be a very user-friendly way to make a contribution.
