Summer Worship, David: Too Big to Fail?

Rev. Matt Gough

First Presbyterian is a gathering of vibrant and diverse people seeking to be God’s people in Corvallis and beyond. We begin with belonging so that everyone is welcome.

I hope to see you in worship but if you cannot be with us this Sunday in worship you can join us through streaming.

For those interested in a weekly prayer that incorporates what is happening in the world. Click here where a new prayer is offered every Thursday.

Worship Theme

This Summer we are reading about King David. He did some great things and he also made some big mistakes, and yet he is a part of the story of our faith.  As we read his history we will look for lessons on how we can better live our faith.

This Week we read the story of how David makes one bad decision after the next. We learn from David what happens when we begin thinking that we are too big to fail.
